Chance or Change

For me and I am sure many of us we have deescalated our lives in the midst of all of the changes and the pandemic all around us.  I know I have stopped writing as frequently as I was and even stopped walking as much as I had been.  I have allowed myself to find solace and sanctuary in my time apart and let go of much of the busyness of my life.

Today I read a post about The Gift of the Global Plague from Lynne McTaggart, who has written several books.  As I have said before, I believe there is more good that can come out of this pandemic than we can even imagine.  Lynne starts off her post with the following.

"At the moment, all of us are left with the terrifying sense that we are experiencing the most dangerous enemy we’ll ever know: invisible, all-pervasive, unpredictable and unvanquishable."

Our fear of the unknown often leads us to fear the worst or to come up with one or more conspiracy theories.    As she says,  "And this crisis will end - as every other pandemic before has."

I will not quote the whole article but link it here for you to read and ponder.  It will definitely give you something to reflect on as you find new ways to spend your time.

Her closing gives us something to think about as well...

"This crisis and the resulting pause in our lives is giving us an unprecedented opportunity. We have the time and space to begin to create some new rules to live by, another way to “be.

Don’t squander this gift. Use this hiatus to dream, dream big and start to act."
May you and yours be healthy and well in all ways.
Abundant Blessings.
